Budget Billing (or levelized billing) is available to members who wish to pay the same amount each month and not be surprised by higher summer or winter bills. Learn more about Budget Billing.
Our Member Service Representatives are available to take your payment in cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, debit card or money order. The office is located at 1413 Rangeline St. and the lobby is open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Boone Electric has a convenient drive-thru window located on the south side of the building. You can pay your bill Monday through Friday between 7:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Or leave it in the drop box for collection the next business day.
Find our Easy-Pay Kiosk in the outer lane of the drive-thru area for payments at anytime night or day. Be prepared with your account number, or scan the barcode at the bottom of your bill. Be advised that the Kiosk does not return change. Any overpayment will be credited to your account.
Boone Electric offers Secure Pay. Secure Pay is our secure automated phone system where credit cards, debit cards or checking accounts can be used to make protected payments. Call 573-449-4181 to be transferred to the automated system or call the system directly, 877-999-3416. To make a payment with the automated system, you must first have the account number found on your bill. Then, simply follow the series of prompts to enter the payment. Full and partial payments are accepted.
